Thriving NYSE digital marketing leader seeks 3rd – 5th year attorney for corporate role supporting global commercial contracting and sales team with an opportunity to also work on day-to-day legal matters (including transactions, data privacy, compliance, and employment matters).  Core responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SaaS subscription, service, vendor and other commercial agreements with customers, data licensors, vendors, partners, and resellers.
