Hartford office of regional law firm is seeking a smart, dynamic, energetic attorney with at least 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our healthcare and medical malpractice team. The attorney will have responsibility in independently handling professional and general liability cases brought against doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and other health care providers. Duties will include meeting clients, taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, conferring with experts and trying cases when appropriate. Some experience in medical malpractice defense is a plus, but is not required.
