Prominent MA-based medical device leader seeks 3-5 years contracts counsel for drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial documents including master service agreements, statements of work, SaaS/Cloud agreements, software license agreements, supply agreements and information security agreements. Duties would also include advising internal clients on legal issues and ensuring that agreements are consistent with corporate policies and processes and relevant laws and regulations.
