The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) published a proposed sale notice for an offshore wind energy lease auction in Oregon on May 1, 2024.[1] The Oregon lease sale is anticipated to occur in October 2024. Comments on the proposed sale notice are due on July 1, 2024. A draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Oregon lease sale accompanied the Oregon proposed sale notice.
