The Atlanta Real Estate Group seeks an associate or a staff attorney with at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including real estate finance. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with documenting loans, acquisitions/sales, leases and opinion letters. Additionally, the ideal candidates will have big firm experience, excellent written communication skills and a strong academic background. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team of lawyers who work on a broad range of commercial real estate development transactions with a focus on large, urban mixed-use developments and projects across the United States.
