Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an attorney with 3 to 6 years of litigation experience to join the Litigation Department in our San Francisco office as a staff attorney. This is a full time, non-partner track position supporting our Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Our ideal candidate will have very strong legal research and writing skills and will have conducted complex discovery, drafted complex motions, argued one or more motions in court, have some deposition experience, and assisted in trial preparation in both state and federal courts. Experience with litigation involving health insurance and the healthcare system would be a distinct plus. Clerkship experience is a plus but not required. We are seeking a well-rounded and highly-motivated attorney, who is eager to learn and gain valuable experience while supporting attorneys in several of our offices. Large law firm experience preferred. Strong academic performance required.
