Qualified candidate will have very strong document drafting, negotiating and interpersonal skills, and must have experience in corporate transactions, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, finance or investment management and fund formation. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, detail-oriented, outgoing, highly motivated Business Law Associate who is an effective communicator, seeks significant client contact, and is willing to work hard. Large law firm experience preferred. Top academics and experience required.
