Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate to join the Business Law Department, Transactional & Securities Practice Group in our Orlando office. Our ideal candidate will have very strong document drafting, negotiating and interpersonal skills, and will have at least four years of experience in general corporate; private equity; mergers and acquisitions; leveraged buyouts; debt and equity investments; commercial loan transactions; and public and private securities offerings and SEC compliance. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, detail-oriented, outgoing, highly motivated Business Law Associate who is an effective communicator, seeks significant client contact, is willing to work hard and is capable of managing others effectively. Large law firm experience preferred.
