Our Corporate Practice Group seeks a Senior Associate with three to five years of post-JD experience. We are looking for candidates with extensive experience representing startups and advising both companies and investors in venture capital financings. Our practice in this area also includes mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and public company counseling.
