Our Real Estate Practice seeks associates with 3-15 years of post-JD experience. Associates will handle a wide range of real estate transactions, from term sheet through closing, including negotiation and drafting of transaction documents and performance and coordination of due diligence. Typical matters include:

• high-profile developments in Boston and in major markets throughout the United States and abroad;
• purchases and sales for institutional and private equity investors (including office, retail, multi-family, industrial and seniors housing projects);
• office and retail leasing of all varieties, for both landlords and tenants;
• financings (primarily from the borrower side); and
• assistance on real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
