Troutman Sanders seeks a Commercial Finance associate with 4-5 years law firm experience handling complex commercial transactions, knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code, asset based lending and experience in documenting secured transactions. Knowledge of lending to high tech companies is a plus. The position could be based in Tysons Corner, San Francisco or Orange County. We are seeking well motivated candidates with superior academic credentials. Candidates must have also have excellent writing ability, maturity and good communication skills.
