Troutman Sanders seeks a Real Estate Finance associate with 3 to 6 years law firm experience handling complex real estate lending transactions, knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and a variety of real estate industry types and related issues and experience in documenting lending transactions, particularly for commercial banks. The position could be based in Tysons Corner or Richmond. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with superior academic credentials. Candidates must have also have excellent writing ability, maturity and good communication skills.
