The Palo Alto and San Francisco offices of Perkins Coie are seeking a corporate associate with 4 to 6 years’ experience with capital markets and public companies representation. Ideal candidates will have experience at a national law firm with extensive experience representing both companies and underwriters in public company securities transactions. Representation of public companies in a variety of other matters, including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance, is preferred.
