The Boise office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join our national Business Group. The attorney who fills this position will focus primarily on private equity and mergers & acquisitions but will also handle a broad array of corporate work including emerging growth company matters, entity and fund formation, and corporate governance issues.
