Seeking a partner level attorney to support the Intellectual Property: Electrical, Mechanical, optical and hardware/software team. This position will have a home office in San Francisco but can be remotely located in the Silicon Valley or Seattle, WA.
Job Requirements:
Partner in San Francisco, Silicon Valley or Seattle with at least 10 years of relevant patent experience in a law firm working with computer software and hardware technologies. Successful candidate will be admitted in the state of California and the USPTO. Portable book of business required.
