Job Requirements:

Associate attorney for the Rochester office will have a technical degree in computer science or computer engineering and a minimum of 3 years patent preparation and prosecution experience. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and prosecuting software and hardware patent applications. Successful candidates will have superior academic credentials and very strong writing skills and oral communication skills. Admission in NY required.
