Job Description:

Position will support the Litigation Department, specifically lender liability, consumer litigation, and tort and complex litigation defense. Associate will assist with handling all facets of litigation from beginning through trial.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-6 years litigation experience, superior communication and organizational skills, strong academic credentials, relevant experience drafting motions and discovery requests, attending conferences and have a desire to continuously develop trial and litigation skills while providing excellent client service. California bar admission required.
