The Richmond office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate for the Energy and Specialty Corporate department. Qualified candidates will have 2 – 5 years of experience in project finance, tax equity finance, M&A and project development, particularly with an emphasis on renewable energy projects. Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues.
