The global law firm of K&L Gates seeks to hire a midlevel associate to join their dynamic private fund practice in the Investment Management group in the San Francisco office.

Candidates must have experience with private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. Experience working with managers and/or institutional investors is required. Candidates need to have knowledge of compliance issues arising under the Advisers Act. The position will involve drafting of fund formation documents and substantial client contact. Admission to the California bar required.
