Requirements:

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Debt Capital Markets practice in New York or Boston. Candidate must have meaningful experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in connection with debt capital markets offerings, preferably in the high yield and convertible note markets.

Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin Procter should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. New York and/or Massachusetts bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
