Requirements:

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly-qualified associate with 2-4 years’ experience to join our Intellectual Property Transactions & Strategies group. This position will involve a significant amount of drafting and negotiating a broad range of intellectual property and commercial contracts (including service agreements, inbound and outbound license agreements, distribution agreements, and partnering agreements). This position will also involve supporting investment, M&A and IPO transactions for early-stage, emerging growth and established technology companies, as well as leading venture capital investors and private equity firms.

Candidates must have substantial experience with these types of types of transactions. The ideal candidate would also be strongly self-motivated and thrive working in team environments.
