Qualifications

The Corporate Department of the San Diego office seeks a skilled and highly qualified associate with 3-6 years of technology transactions experience to join its practice. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a life science field and will be admitted to the California Bar. The candidate should have experience negotiating licensing transactions; and experience in due diligence for other M&A and securities transactions is preferred.
