Requirements:

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified mid-senior level department attorney to join our Real Estate Leasing Practice. Candidate must have extensive experience with commercial real estate leasing. Experience with the fundamentals of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, zoning, construction, and/or development and permitting a plus. The ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in teams is essential. A demonstrated record of client service and business development is strongly desired.
