Requirements:

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified mid-level attorney to join our Real Estate group where they will have the opportunity to work on a broad variety of transactions with institutional investors, developers, private investment funds, and other real estate investors and managers. Candidate must have experience with the fundamental elements of commercial real estate transactions, including general real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Experience with leasing, zoning, construction, and/or development and permitting a plus.
