Qualifications

The Banking practice group of the New York office is seeking highly qualified mid- to senior level associates with 3 to 5 years of experience in leveraged finance and syndicated bank loans. A deal sheet is required (deal experience more important than class year). The practice group handles 75-80% of the lender side and a small amount of the sponsor side. Borrower side experience will be considered but is not ideal. Our clients are large institutional lenders and the group handles a high volume of commitment papers.
