The Washington, DC office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking a junior associate to join its health care practice group. We are looking for someone who will assist in our practice representing health care providers with respect to issues arising under the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law,and the False Claims Act, as well as health care provider reimbursement and managed care disputes, and general regulatory compliance matters. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience representing health care providers in most of these areas, with exposure to compliance counseling and reimbursement issues, including related litigation.
