Description:

The Orange County office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified senior real estate attorney with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to join our real estate practice. This is a non-partnership track position.

Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate transaction, including acquisitions and dispositions; development; joint ventures; secured loans; affordable housing and low-income tax credit is a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of solid transactional real estate experience
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent writing, research and communication skills
• Highly motivated, take initiative and be a self-starter
• California Bar Membership in good standing
