Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a highly-qualified Senior Counsel to join its Business Law Group's Franchise Team in the Tampa, Florida office. The ideal candidate should have at least 7-12 years of significant corporate transactional and franchise experience, preferably with a national law firm, including experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements and related documents; counseling clients on franchise sales and relationship laws; and handling state franchise registrations. Applicants should demonstrate good judgment and responsiveness to client needs and deadlines, be attentive to detail and be able to manage multiple projects and transactions with little supervision. Excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills are a must.
