Applicants should have experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements and related documents; counseling clients on franchise sales and relationship laws; and handling state franchise registrations as well as related matters. Applicants should demonstrate good judgment and responsiveness to client needs and deadlines, be attentive to detail and be able to manage multiple projects and transactions with little supervision. Excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills are a must.
