The Detroit and Bloomfield Hills offices seek associates with three to four years of commercial and business litigation experience. Candidates should have experience in drafting and arguing motions, drafting all manner of pleadings, drafting and handling discovery and developing case strategy. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills are always appreciated. Experience with automotive industry is a plus.
