Williams Mullen is actively seeking an experienced Real Estate attorney to join as a junior-level partner or senior-level associate in our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will 5-8 years of complex real estate development experience, commercial real estate, lending and/or leasing transactions. The position requires excellent academic credentials, sizeable transaction experience, client development potential, and strong work ethic. Small but growing book of business ($250k+) is needed. Excellent writing credentials, and strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Demonstrated ability to market is necessary.
