Williams Mullen is actively seeking an experienced Finance attorney to join as a junior-level partner or senior-level associate in our Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will have no fewer than 5-8 years of experience in commercial lending and banking transactions, including commercial real estate loans, asset-based loans, and other senior secured credit facilities of varying types. Small but growing book of business ($250K+) is needed. Excellent writing credentials, and strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Demonstrated ability to market is necessary.
