The Chicago office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate to join its Corporate Transactional practice. Qualified candidates will have 3 – 5 years of general corporate experience with experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance and private equity, preferably within a sophisticated law firm environment. Candidates should also possess the ability to interact with and advise business people and lead deal teams and transactions from inception through closing.
