The Charlotte office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate for its Private Equity and Corporate Transactional practice. Preferred candidates will have 3 – 4 years of corporate experience, but qualified candidates with more or less experience may be considered. Qualified candidates will have experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and general commercial transactions. Candidate should also possess the ability to interact with and advise on deal teams and transactions from inception through closing.
