The global law firm of K&L Gates seeks to hire a Consumer Financial Services associate to join their dynamic San Francisco practice.

The ideal candidate will have between 2-6 years of experience. This practice is a combination of regulatory and administrative law, government enforcement and commercial transactions relating to the consumer financial services industry.



Demonstrated interest and expertise in financial services is preferred, including experience with or a working knowledge of federal and state consumer lending protection statutes, such as the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and federal and state laws governing usury and unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts and practices. We require outstanding academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest-quality client service.
