Hogan Lovells seeks a mid-level to senior corporate associate to join our growing practice in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of corporate law firm experience, preferably in Silicon Valley or San Francisco. In addition, candidates should have experience representing emerging companies and venture capital investors in general corporate and private financing activities, in securities offerings under the Securities Act of 1933 and in ongoing reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
