The global law firm of K&L Gates seeks to hire an associate to join their Seattle office’s dynamic Real Estate practice.

We are seeking a real estate transactions attorney with 3-5 years of experience who have experience advising clients on purchases, sales and financing of real estate assets, as well as leasing transactions. Workout experience, as well as experience with public-private joint venture and special use facilities would be a bonus. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred, and agricultural real estate experience would be a bonus.



The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic contributor to the Firm and office culture, and have a collaborative approach to his/her work environment. We are also seeking candidates with outstanding academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills, a commitment to providing the highest quality client service, and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Our associates work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
