The global law firm of K&L Gates seeks to hire a mid-level associate to join their dynamic Corporate practice.

The ideal candidate is a fourth to sixth year associate with strong experience in a broad range of commercial transactions, including transactional intellectual property, licensing, services, procurement, sales, supply chain and manufacturing arrangements. Experience should include working with technology transactions and professional service and other complex outsourcing arrangements (including joint ventures; hardware purchases; maintenance agreements; software license and development agreements; consulting agreements; joint marketing agreements; VAR, OEM, manufacturing and distribution agreements; supply agreements; sales representative agreements; confidentiality and data management agreements; agreements relating to procurement of internet and telecomm services; hosting, content, software and service level agreements; and training and support agreements). Experience in both domestic and international transactions is preferred. Must be very organized and able to handle multiple agreements and transactions simultaneously. Very strong drafting and negotiation skills are required.
