O'Melveny’s Silicon Valley technology companies practice is seeking a junior associate with 1-2 years of strong corporate experience and a strong interest in start-up and emerging growth companies. Ideal candidates should have a range of experience typical of a Silicon Valley practice, such as venture capital, M&A and/or capital markets and including general corporate law. Our collaborative approach focuses on candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills, together with the entrepreneurial spirit that permeates our client base.
