The Capital Markets Practice Group is looking to hire two associates in New York with three to five years of transactional capital markets experience. The ideal candidates will have a range of experience typical for our Capital Markets practice, having represented both issuers and investment banks in connection with a broad range of registered and exempt offerings of equity (including IPOs), equity-linked and debt (high grade and high yield) securities, as well as restructuring and liability management transactions. Equity derivatives experience is also a plus
