The Washington, DC office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking an associate for its OSHA/Labor & Employment Group in its Litigation Department. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of general or specialty litigation experience and possess strong research, writing, analytical, advocacy and client relations skills. Prior OSHA and/or Labor & Employment law experience is preferred. Judicial clerkship experience is also preferred. Candidates must also be highly organized, be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent academic credentials.
