The New York office of Davis Wright Tremaine seeks a senior-level litigation associate to handle media and commercial litigation matters. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 - 6 years' experience, preferably in a large law firm setting. While not required, prior experience handling libel, privacy, copyright and IP matters is preferred. Candidates must have a J.D. and be an active member in good standing of the New York bar, have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, as well as strong academic credentials and references.
