We are seeking a business/commercial litigation associate with 2-4 years experience for our Los Angeles (Century City), CA office. Applicants should have the following qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials (top tier law school and/or top 25%) and strong writing skills
• Ability to draft dispositive motions and conduct depositions
• judicial clerkship, trial preparation & trial experience a plus
