Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking an Energy Project Development and Finance Associate with 3-5 years of such sophisticated legal experience, which would include drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements including, but not limited to, PPAs, EPCs, O&Ms, ESAs, fuel supply, feedstock, offtake, interconnection, loan, security, joint venture, concession, M&A, and other energy and infrastructure project development and finance agreements, and related energy regulatory matters. This associate would work in the firm’s Washington, DC office on the energy industry team. The work significantly would consist of negotiating and drafting such agreements, and related energy regulatory matters. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
