Kilpatrick Townsend's Winston-Salem office is seeking a lateral patent prosecution attorney with 2+ years of experience in chemical and/or biotechnology patent prosecution. Applicants must have a strong academic record including a degree in organic or inorganic chemistry or the life sciences. An advanced degree, preferably a PhD, is desirable, but not required. North Carolina bar members strongly preferred.
