Robinson & Cole LLP seeks an attorney with approximately four to six years of complex litigation experience to join its insurance coverage litigation team in the firm’s New York City office.Superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills and admission to the New York and New Jersey bars required.Law review experience, judicial clerkship experience or large-firm or equivalent experience are a plus.The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility for property and casualty insurance coverage litigation and unfair trade practices litigation,including drafting of briefs on critical motions and appeals, management of discovery, depositions and court appearances.Some out-of-state travel is required.
