Robinson & Cole LLP seeks an attorney with approximately two to four years of complex litigation experience to join its insurance coverage litigation team in the firm’s Miami, Florida office.Superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills and admission to the Florida bar required.Law review experience, judicial clerkship experience or large-firm or equivalent experience are a plus.The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility for property and casualty insurance coverage litigation and unfair trade practices litigation,including drafting of briefs on critical motions and appeals, management of discovery, depositions and court appearances.
