The Litigation department of the Washington, DC office seeks a skilled and highly qualified associate with 4-7 years of patent litigation experience to join its rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. Electrical Engineering with International Trade Commission experience preferred. The associate will be responsible for supervising junior associates and working at a very high level on matters.
