Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP seeks an attorney for its Real Estate Department in the Detroit or Bloomfield Hills office. This position is appropriate for attorneys with at least five years of experience practicing commercial real estate law including acquisition, development, management, financing, workout and restructuring, ownership and tax structuring, public/private partnerships and leasing. Qualified candidates will have had experience working in a variety of commercial real estate industries including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily.

Applicants must have the requisite commercial real estate experience, excellent credentials, and strong interpersonal skills. Any applicant must have graduated with at least a 3.4 grade point average or have been in the top 15% of his or her law school class. Law review or law journal experience is preferred
