Join Michael Best & Friedrich LLP as we grow our already successful Milwaukee, WI office with the addition of a Real Estate Associate in our Transactional Practice Group. We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of one to three years of real estate or related transactional law experience. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of real estate and/or a background in accounting or finance is ideal, but not required. Representative experience would include:

• Real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and closing documents
• Real estate financing transactions
• Commercial lease transactions
• Zoning, land use, and condominiums
